Things that help heal your new piercings.

  1. Clean your piercing with our saline solution 2 times a day for at least 30 days—both sides of piercing.
  2. Always wash your hands before touching your new piercing. Try your best to limit touching your new piercing throughout the day.
  3. Disinfect anything that goes in, on, or around your ears once daily to decrease the risk of introducing bacteria to the site. This includes cell phones, headphones, air pods, eye-glasses, sunglasses, headbands, etc.
  4. Give your piercings a good rinse for at least 30 seconds with warm water when in the shower, especially after washing your hair.
  5. Avoid snagging or irritating your new piercings, try not to tangle with your hair, headphones, mask or glasses.
  6. To avoid your piercing from closing, wear earrings consistently for one year post piercing.

Things you should AVOID after your new piercings.

  1. No touching, twisting, or rotating your new piercing.
  2. No sleeping on your new piercing also makes sure pillow covers are clean.
  3. No rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide to clean your earrings.
  4. No creams or ointments should be used on your healing piercing.
  5. No brass, nickel, or zinc containing earrings while your healing. Titanium and surgical steel, hypoallergenic earrings only!
  6. No heavy earrings until you’re fully healed.
  7. No swimming in pools or lakes and no submerging earrings in water you wouldn’t normally drink for 30 days.
